RedotPay Card review
Last reviewed 2026-08-24
RedotPay Card trades a low headline cashback ceiling for very broad country coverage, and its real cost shows up mostly in transaction and ATM fees rather than in a subscription.
The issuer publishes eligibility as an exclusion list rather than a positive list: its own Card Issuance Restrictions help-center article names 47 countries and territories, including sanctioned states, several African and Balkan markets, mainland China, Turkey, and the United States, as ineligible for both virtual and physical cards. A separate, longer Card Delivery Restrictions article additionally blocks physical card shipping (though not virtual card issuance) to a further set of countries. Virtual cards cost 10 USDT to issue and physical cards cost 100 USDT, both one-time fees with no ongoing monthly or annual charge.
Spending in the card's own currency (typically USD) carries roughly a 1% fee, while spending in another currency adds a combined roughly 2.2% (a 1% crypto-to-fiat conversion fee plus a 1.2% FX spread). ATM withdrawals, available only on the physical card, cost 2% up to $10,000 per month and 3% above that on a USD-denominated card, or a flat 2% on an HKD-denominated card, plus whatever the ATM operator itself charges; a paid RedotPay Pro annual plan (roughly $12.90/month or $129/year) waives up to $1,000 per month of RedotPay's own ATM fees, though third-party ATM operator surcharges still apply. A separate Apple/Google Pay cashback of around 3% is available specifically to RedotPay Pro subscribers.

- Fees
- Virtual card costs 10 USDT to issue, physical card 100 USDT (one-time, no monthly fee); non-home-currency spending runs about 2.2% combined, and ATM withdrawals cost 2% to 4.2% depending on card currency and volume, partly waivable via the paid Pro plan.

- Most of Latin America and the Caribbean, Most of Sub-Saharan Africa, Most Pacific island nations, Select Middle East and Central/South Asian markets, Excludes mainland China, Turkey, the United States, and a published list of sanctioned or restricted states
Reward tiers
RedotPay does not run a broad tiered percentage-cashback ladder like Crypto.com or Wirex; its main paid-tier benefit is the mobile-wallet cashback plus up to $1,000/month in waived RedotPay-side ATM fees.
| Tier | Rewards | Requirements |
|---|---|---|
| RedotPay Pro, mobile wallet cashback | Approximately 3% on Apple Pay and Google Pay transactions | Active RedotPay Pro subscription at roughly $12.90/month or $129/year |
Where you can get the RedotPay Card
RedotPay publishes who it will not serve rather than who it will, so availability here means a country is absent from its Card Issuance Restrictions list, not that the issuer has named it. Confirm in the app before you count on it. A separate and longer delivery-restriction list blocks physical cards to more countries than that, including Egypt, Morocco and Turkey, while leaving the virtual card available.

What to watch
- No broad percentage cashback for non-Pro users on ordinary card swipes
- Spending outside the card's home currency adds a combined fee of roughly 2.2%
- ATM withdrawals are expensive, ranging 2% to 4.2% before any operator surcharge
- Virtual cards cannot be used for ATM withdrawals or PIN-based purchases, only the physical card
