The companion app is the other reason to look here, because it covers iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, Linux and a browser extension, which is wider than most hardware vendors manage. If you already use a browser wallet on a desktop and want hardware behind it, that breadth is the practical argument.
Specifications differ a lot across the range, screens, chips, Bluetooth and NFC included, so read the page for the exact device you are about to buy rather than the brand page. The store's own terms are worth knowing too: OneKey replaces a faulty device rather than repairing it, which means no repair technician ever handles hardware that held your keys, it sells through its own store and named resellers only, and it takes crypto at checkout.

Has a OneKey ever been broken into?
Once, publicly. In February 2023 the security firm Unciphered demonstrated an attack it called KeyBleed on the OneKey Mini, a model no longer sold: with the case open and an FPGA wired between the processor and the secure element, the device could be forced into factory mode and the recovery phrase read out. The attack could not be done remotely. OneKey patched it and paid Unciphered a $10,000 bug bounty.
