You report income from selling crypto-assets as taxable other income under section 8 paragraph 1 letter t) of the Slovak Income Tax Act when you are not carrying on a business under section 6. The Financial Administration also states that an exchange of virtual currency for property, another virtual currency, provision of a service, or paid transfer is considered a sale for tax purposes.
