How the ranking is decided

Three criteria, each checkable from the review it links to: the platform's published fees, the dated security record we hold for it, and how many of Poland's payment rails it takes. A referral link is not a criterion and buys no position.

The exchanges we rank in Poland, in ranking order, with the three published criteria beside each: published fees, the dated security record on our review, and how many of the country's payment rails the platform takes.

Legal status in Poland

Bitcoin is legal in Poland, and EU-licensed platforms lawfully serve Polish customers by passporting MiCA authorisations from other member states. Poland's own implementation act, which would let the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) license domestic firms, was vetoed three times by President Nawrocki, most recently in June 2026, leaving Poland the only EU country without a working national licensing regime. That standoff is a problem for Polish crypto businesses rather than for individual buyers.
