We have one dated figure for ZOOZ Power so far, shown in the table below, and the table says where it came from. A chart needs at least two dated points, and we would rather show nothing than draw a trend through a single figure. This fills in as the company publishes, or as we backfill its earlier announcements.

About ZOOZ Power

ZOOZ Power's original business is genuinely useful and has nothing to do with bitcoin: flywheel based power boosting that allows ultra fast EV charging at sites where the grid cannot supply the peak load. It is dual listed on Nasdaq and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

In July 2025 it announced a $180 million private placement with about 95 percent of the net proceeds earmarked for a bitcoin reserve, the remainder repaying $3 million of debt. That made it the first company dual listed in New York and Tel Aviv to adopt the strategy. Crypto.com executes the purchases.

The governance arrangement is the part worth noting. Jordan Fried, a founding executive of Hedera Hashgraph, became chief executive from 31 July 2025 to run the treasury, while Erez Zimmerman stayed in charge of the flywheel and charging business. Two chief executives in effect, one for each half of the company, which is an honest acknowledgement that the two halves have nothing to do with each other.
