About CIMG

CIMG was NuZee, a coffee co packing business, until October 2024. Its bitcoin position now dwarfs everything else about it: 500 coins by 30 September 2025, 730 after a 230 coin purchase completed in December for $24.46 million, and 1,145.4 coins worth $67.19 million at 30 June 2026.

The custody is careful. A Singapore subsidiary self custodies the coins in segregated Safe Wallet addresses under a three of three multi signature arrangement, which is more disclosure about key management than almost any company here provides.

The liquidity is not careful. The same quarterly filing reported $5,397 in cash, $1.87 million of current assets against $9.25 million of current liabilities, and a working capital deficit of $7.38 million. A company in that position either raises money, sells coins, or defaults, and it has been registering share issues to do the first. This is what a treasury strategy looks like when the operating business underneath it has stopped contributing.

Frequently asked questions

Can CIMG hold on to its bitcoin?

That is the open question. At 30 June 2026 it reported $67.19 million of bitcoin against $5,397 of cash and a $7.38 million working capital deficit. Bills are not paid in bitcoin, so the position is only safe for as long as the company can keep raising equity. Watch the share registrations rather than the coin count.
