Cumulative bitcoin held after each disclosed event. The line steps rather than slopes because treasury positions change on purchase dates, not continuously.
Only a few disclosures are on file so far. The line joins the points we can source, and grows as more are published.
We do not yet have enough dated market cap points for The Smarter Web Company PLC to chart its valuation history. Rather than interpolate, we leave it out until the figures are filled in.

About The Smarter Web Company PLC
The Smarter Web Company builds websites for small businesses and has done since 2009, charging setup fees, hosting and monthly retainers. In April 2025 it listed on the Aquis Growth Market through a reverse takeover of a shell originally incorporated in 1907, raised up to two million pounds, and announced a ten year plan with bitcoin accumulation at its centre.
The accumulation that followed was among the fastest by any public company anywhere. First purchase on 28 April 2025, a thousand coins by 7 July, over two thousand by 30 July, with more than 1,500 bought in July alone, funded by rapid equity placings priced above net asset value.
Its first sale, in July 2026, was disciplined rather than forced: it disposed of exactly 177.8909127 coins, the ones originally bought with the proceeds of a convertible instrument, in order to repay that instrument early. It resumed buying within weeks. The company uplisted to the London Stock Exchange main market in February 2026 and has since completed a 210 million pound capital reduction intended to enable the UK's first bitcoin backed perpetual preferred stock.
