BitGo Holdings bitcoin holdings
Custodies far more bitcoin than it owns, and the gap between those two numbers is the reason its figure here is smaller than most trackers report.

Holdings over time
Cumulative bitcoin held after each disclosed event. The line steps rather than slopes because treasury positions change on purchase dates, not continuously.
Only a few disclosures are on file so far. The line joins the points we can source, and grows as more are published.
We do not yet have enough dated market cap points for BitGo Holdings to chart its valuation history. Rather than interpolate, we leave it out until the figures are filled in.

About BitGo Holdings
BitGo is a custodian first. It holds digital assets for institutions under a national trust bank charter, and bitcoin made up 51.5 percent of the assets it held on behalf of clients at 30 June 2026. None of that is its own.
The corporate treasury is a separate and much smaller thing: 2,523 bitcoin, worth about $147.7 million, sitting alongside $159 million of cash and no corporate level debt. It grew by 74 coins during the second quarter of 2026, funded from the balance sheet rather than from any share issuance or convertible, which is what distinguishes an operating company that holds bitcoin from a treasury vehicle built to accumulate it.
BitGo listed on the New York Stock Exchange in January 2026 at $18.00 per share, raising about $213 million and becoming the first digital asset company to list there.
Frequently asked questions
Why is BitGo's figure lower here than on some other trackers?
Trackers that read on-chain addresses cannot separate a custodian's own coins from its clients'. We count only the 2,523 bitcoin BitGo reports as corporate treasury, which is what the company itself discloses in its quarterly results.
