About DDC Enterprise Limited

DDC Enterprise sells ready to heat Asian meal kits under the DayDayCook brand and owns the US brand Nona Lim. It is also, since May 2025, an accumulating bitcoin treasury, a pairing the company promotes under the banner "Dishing Up Bitcoin".

The first purchase set the pattern: 21 bitcoin acquired not with cash but by issuing 254,333 Class A shares to an investor group. Founder and chief executive Norma Chu has since bought roughly monthly, reaching 2,383 coins by April 2026 and 2,899 by June, at an average cost of about $78,204. Management reports bitcoin per thousand fully diluted shares rather than the raw total, and stressed that recent purchases lifted that ratio without dilution.

Unlike most companies on this list the operating business is growing: first half 2026 revenue guidance was $19.5 to $20.5 million, up 28 percent year on year, with positive adjusted EBITDA.
