We have one dated figure for GSTechnologies so far, shown in the table below, and the table says where it came from. A chart needs at least two dated points, and we would rather show nothing than draw a trend through a single figure. This fills in as the company publishes, or as we backfill its earlier announcements.

About GSTechnologies

GSTechnologies adopted a formal Bitcoin Treasury Policy through a regulatory announcement, with the directors citing confidence in bitcoin's ability to reduce counterparty and exchange rate risk while potentially enhancing shareholder value.

The funding was explicit about its purpose. A retail offer raised 175,000 pounds through 14,583,333 new shares at 1.20 pence each, and the company stated the proceeds from that offer and an accompanying placing would principally be used to build the bitcoin treasury reserve in line with the new policy.

The market reaction was immediate, with the shares up 17 percent on the strategy shift. That premium is the mechanism the whole sector depends on, visible here at the smallest possible scale: a company worth very little raising money above its pre announcement value because of what it said it would buy.
