About Yueda Digital Holding
Yueda Digital was AirNet Technology, an in flight advertising business on Chinese air travel routes, and its filings still sit under that name. The pivot has been capital intensive: it purchased $330.65 million of miners during 2025, fully paid, which is a scale of commitment few companies of its size have made in one year.
The machines run somewhere else. A hosting services agreement signed in December 2024 with BTC KZ, a Kazakhstan corporation, covers hosting for the company's supercomputing servers, so Yueda owns the fleet without owning the sites, and its cost base is a hosting contract rather than a power purchase agreement.
It has also accepted cryptocurrency as payment for its own securities, letting purchasers settle subscriptions in coins rather than cash. The treasury reflects that mixture of sources, and the company does not publish a monthly coin count, so the figure here comes from tracking rather than from a dated disclosure.
