About Ming Shing Group

Ming Shing Group is a construction company: its operating business is wet trades work, plastering and tiling, in Hong Kong. Its bitcoin arrived through a wholly owned Hong Kong subsidiary, Lead Benefit (HK) Limited, which purchased 333 coins at an average price of $81,555 on 28 February 2025, an investment of roughly $27 million.

Buying an entire position in one transaction is unusual. Most companies here accumulate in tranches to average their entry, and a single dated purchase means the cost basis is a single price with no smoothing behind it.

The company has no findable corporate website, which is itself worth stating: its disclosure runs entirely through filings with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, and those are the only primary sources available for the position.
