About Parataxis Korea

Parataxis Korea is the Korean arm of Parataxis Holdings, a US digital asset management firm, and it exists to hold bitcoin inside a listed Korean vehicle. Management took control and crossed 150 coins during the September 2025 price pullback, which chief executive Andrew Kim framed as disciplined accumulation with institutional custody and counterparty standards attached.

The stated ambition goes past holding. The company describes an integrated bitcoin enterprise with yield generation, and it carries roughly $10 million of USDT collateralised borrowing against the position, so the balance sheet is levered in a way most of its Korean peers are not.

In December 2025 Parataxis Holdings agreed to buy control of Sinsiway, another KOSDAQ company, for up to 35 billion won, intending to rename it Parataxis ETH and run the same playbook for ether. The Korean market in 2025 and 2026 produced several of these: a change of control, a change of name, an equity raise and a coin purchase, in that order.
