About B Treasury Capital

B Treasury Capital is a Swedish company that does the opposite of everything this sector is known for. There is no convertible stack, no at the market programme diluting ordinary shareholders and no leverage: the accumulation is financed with preference share capital, and the company repaid its only loan to become debt free during 2026.

The pace matches the structure. It acquired one coin on 22 July 2026 at $65,785 to reach about 173, and one more on 5 August at $64,435 to reach about 174. Holdings were 166.3 at 31 March and 172.0 at 30 June, a bitcoin yield of 3.4 percent for the quarter with no new class B shares issued.

Announcing a single coin purchase is easy to mock and hard to argue with. Every step is disclosed, the funding source for each is stated, and the shareholder who owns the ordinary shares can see exactly what their claim on the pile is.
