Keel Infrastructure bitcoin holdings
Renamed itself out of the bitcoin business: it stopped mining in the United States in June 2026 and has been selling the treasury to build AI data centres.

Holdings over time
Cumulative bitcoin held after each disclosed event. The line steps rather than slopes because treasury positions change on purchase dates, not continuously.
We have one dated figure for Keel Infrastructure so far, shown in the table below, and the table says where it came from. A chart needs at least two dated points, and we would rather show nothing than draw a trend through a single figure. This fills in as the company publishes, or as we backfill its earlier announcements.

About Keel Infrastructure
Keel Infrastructure is what Bitfarms became. Shareholders approved moving the company from Canada to the United States and renaming it, a redomiciliation completed on 1 April 2026, and the strategy moved with the name: from bitcoin mining to data centres and power assets serving high performance computing and AI workloads across Pennsylvania, Washington state and Quebec.
On 29 June 2026 it ceased mining in the United States altogether, citing construction timelines for the new business and the economics of mining at prevailing prices.
The treasury is being wound down alongside the mining, deliberately rather than under duress. Between 1 April and 7 August 2026 the company sold 1,085 bitcoin for $75 million, leaving 1,861 BTC. It raised $458 million through a convertible note offering in the same quarter and reported total liquidity of about $819 million, of which roughly $121 million was unencumbered bitcoin. Revenue tells the same story: $30 million for the quarter, down 50 percent year on year, attributed to a lower average bitcoin price and the shutdown of the Moses Lake mining operation.
