Holdings over time
Cumulative bitcoin held after each disclosed event. The line steps rather than slopes because treasury positions change on purchase dates, not continuously.
Only a few disclosures are on file so far. The line joins the points we can source, and grows as more are published.
We do not yet have enough dated market cap points for Figma to chart its valuation history. Rather than interpolate, we leave it out until the figures are filled in.

About Figma
Figma makes collaborative design software, and it disclosed a bitcoin position in the filings around its listing. The two halves of that position are different assets and its own 10-Q keeps them apart.
The direct holding is approximately 173 coins, held for investment purposes, with a fair value of $10.1 million at 30 June 2026 and $11.8 million three months earlier. Separately, the company holds a bitcoin exchange traded fund position, carried at $49.3 million at 30 June 2026, down from $73.7 million at the end of 2025.
We publish the 173. A fund position is a security whose value tracks bitcoin; the coins are the asset itself. Figures elsewhere in the high hundreds appear to convert the ETF holding into a coin equivalent and add it to the direct one, which produces a number that does not correspond to anything on the balance sheet.
Frequently asked questions
Why do other sites show Figma holding hundreds of bitcoin?
Because they convert its bitcoin ETF position into a coin equivalent and add it to the coins it actually holds. Figma's 10-Q reports approximately 173 bitcoin held directly, plus a separate ETF position carried at $49.3 million as of 30 June 2026. Those are two different assets with different custody and different risks, and this table shows only the first.
