Holdings over time
Cumulative bitcoin held after each disclosed event. The line steps rather than slopes because treasury positions change on purchase dates, not continuously.
We have one dated figure for USBC so far, shown in the table below, and the table says where it came from. A chart needs at least two dated points, and we would rather show nothing than draw a trend through a single figure. This fills in as the company publishes, or as we backfill its earlier announcements.

About USBC
USBC began holding bitcoin on 6 August 2025, when 1,000 coins came in as part of the closing of the Goldeneye capital investment. That origin matters: there was no accumulation programme, no average cost built up over months, and no at the market issuance funding purchases. The treasury arrived in one piece.
What the company does with it is more conventional for this sector. It runs a master loan agreement under which borrowings are secured solely by bitcoin collateral held with Payward Financial, the Kraken affiliate, subject to margin requirements and liquidation rights if the collateral value falls far enough.
So the position is best read as a financing base. The coins are the balance sheet, and the credit facility is what turns them into working capital without selling them.
