Cumulative bitcoin held after each disclosed event. The line steps rather than slopes because treasury positions change on purchase dates, not continuously.
We have one dated figure for Sixty-Six Capital so far, shown in the table below, and the table says where it came from. A chart needs at least two dated points, and we would rather show nothing than draw a trend through a single figure. This fills in as the company publishes, or as we backfill its earlier announcements.

About Sixty-Six Capital
Sixty Six Capital is a Toronto company listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange, and its bitcoin position is held in units of BTCC.B, a Canadian spot bitcoin ETF. A June 2025 purchase of 96,000 units, equivalent to about 13.5 coins, for $1,986,728 is typical of how it adds.
That structure has consequences a coin count hides. The company does not control keys, cannot move the position on chain, pays a management fee to the fund, and holds a security rather than a bearer asset. In exchange it gets custody it does not have to run and an instrument its own investors can price easily.
The holding also reaches other balance sheets. When K33 acquired its stake in Sixty Six, it described the effect as indirect exposure to roughly 66 coins, being K33's share of Sixty Six multiplied by Sixty Six's ETF holdings, which is two layers of indirection from a coin.
Frequently asked questions
Does Sixty Six Capital hold bitcoin directly?
No. Its exposure is through units of the BTCC.B exchange traded fund rather than coins held in its own custody. The figure in this table is the coin equivalent of those units. It is real exposure to the price, but it is not the same asset as a self custodied position, and the difference matters if you are comparing companies on custody risk.
