We have one sourced disclosure for ProCap Financial so far, shown in the table below. A chart needs at least two dated points, and we would rather show nothing than draw a trend through a single figure. This fills in as we backfill the company's earlier announcements.

About ProCap Financial

ProCap Financial was built by the investor and commentator Anthony Pompliano as a bitcoin-first financial services business rather than a passive holding vehicle. The stated plan is to generate revenue from the bitcoin on its balance sheet through lending, derivatives and other yield strategies, not simply to hold it and wait.

It reached public markets through a merger with the Columbus Circle Capital blank-cheque company, and has continued adding coins in modest increments, including a 450 bitcoin purchase in March 2026 alongside share buybacks.

The strategy is more operationally complex than a pure treasury, and counterparty exposure from lending and derivatives is a real risk that a simple holdings figure does not show.

Frequently asked questions

How is ProCap different from a passive bitcoin treasury?

It intends to earn revenue from its bitcoin through lending and derivatives rather than only holding it. That can produce income a passive holder does not earn, and it introduces counterparty risk a passive holder does not take.
