About OranjeBTC

OranjeBTC exists to accumulate bitcoin and raise bitcoin per share. It reached the Sao Paulo exchange in October 2025 not through an IPO but by reverse merging into Intergraus, a listed Brazilian prep course provider, and it arrived pre-stocked: a $210 million financing round led by Itau BBA seeded the treasury with about 3,650 coins before the shares began trading under OBTC3.

The cap table is unusual for a Latin American small cap. Alongside founder Guilherme Gomes, a former Bridgewater executive, it includes Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss, Blockstream's Adam Back, the Mexican billionaire Ricardo Salinas Pliego, FalconX and ParaFi Capital.

Since listing the pace has been deliberately small and frequent rather than headline grabbing: purchases of six to twenty coins at a time, taking the total to 3,904 in early July 2026 and 3,918 by August, roughly 7 percent growth in under a year, with a share repurchase programme running alongside. The company also runs a Portuguese language education platform aimed at Brazilian investors.
