Cumulative bitcoin held after each disclosed event. The line steps rather than slopes because treasury positions change on purchase dates, not continuously.
Only a few disclosures are on file so far. The line joins the points we can source, and grows as more are published.
We do not yet have enough dated market cap points for LM Funding America to chart its valuation history. Rather than interpolate, we leave it out until the figures are filled in.

About LM Funding America
LM Funding started as a specialty finance company buying delinquent homeowners association receivables in Florida, and now describes itself as a bitcoin treasury and mining company. It runs its own machines through subsidiary USDM out of Tampa, including immersion cooled containers energised through 2025 and 2026.
Production is small and it reports it monthly: 7.52 coins mined in December 2025, a company record at the time, and 9.4 in April 2026. Holdings stood at 334.0 coins on 30 April 2026, worth about $25.3 million, or $1.18 per diluted share.
The number worth sitting with is the one beside it. On the same date the shares closed at 24 cents. A company whose bitcoin alone is worth roughly five times its market capitalisation is either being priced for dilution and cash burn or being ignored, and LM Funding has funded itself through repeated equity raises, about $6.1 million in December 2025 alone, which is the mechanism that usually explains the discount.
