About Consensus Mining & Seigniorage

Consensus Mining & Seigniorage was incorporated in 2021 and operates out of White Plains, New York, with a deliberately thin structure. Rather than building sites, it owns miners and contracts out hosting, repair and management, which is a materially different risk profile from the companies on this list that carry data centre construction on their balance sheets.

It mines more than one coin. At the end of 2025 it ran 830 bitcoin miners and 555 machines pointed at Litecoin and Dogecoin, and its quarter end holdings at 30 June 2026 were 354 bitcoin plus 13,724 LTC, together worth $21.3 million.

The shares trade on OTCQX rather than a national exchange, so its disclosure runs through annual and quarterly reports posted to OTC Markets rather than through SEC filings, which is why its figures reach trackers later than most.
