We have one dated figure for Bitplanet Co so far, shown in the table below, and the table says where it came from. A chart needs at least two dated points, and we would rather show nothing than draw a trend through a single figure. This fills in as the company publishes, or as we backfill its earlier announcements.

About Bitplanet Co

Bitplanet is the clearest example of a pattern that ran through the Korean market in 2025. A listed company acquires a new controlling shareholder, changes its name, raises equity and buys bitcoin. Bitmax, Parataxis Korea and Apton all did versions of the same thing in the same year.

In Bitplanet's case the company was SGA Co., Ltd., a systems integration and infrastructure business on the KOSDAQ, which changed its name in September 2025 and announced a $40 million deployment into bitcoin, presented as the first corporate bitcoin treasury in South Korea. The SI, infrastructure and services operations continue underneath.

The treasury has grown in steps rather than continuously, passing 151.67 coins during its first phase, and the company has since put a five to one share consolidation to shareholders. Korean disclosure practice means the figures reach international trackers later and less precisely than they would from an SEC filer, so the count here should be read as approximate.
