About Neptune Digital Assets

Neptune Digital Assets is a Vancouver company that treats bitcoin accumulation as an operating result rather than a purchase programme. It mines, it stakes other proof of stake assets, and it writes derivatives against the position, then reinvests what those produce, which is why its updates describe growth as coming from treasury management, capital markets activity and digital asset operations together.

It crossed 420 coins on 20 April 2026, a date the company chose to announce on, and has reported a treasury above $70 million. Its shares trade on the TSX Venture Exchange with an OTCQX quotation in the United States and a Frankfurt listing alongside.

The approach produces a slower curve than a leveraged accumulator, but the funding is internal: there is no convertible stack behind these coins and no announced target to reach.
